Return Policy

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included. Items that have been used or damaged may not be eligible for return.

• How to Initiate a Return: Please email us at atkinsalisha206@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will assist you within 24-48 hours.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error on our part, FunNeedoh will cover the return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
